Taking diversity into account means that people\u2019s differences are respected in a safe and positive atmosphere. <br\/><br\/><strong>Accessibility<\/strong> = Here, the concept of \u201caccessibility\u201d means measures that take into account the possible disabilities of the employees or audience of Svenska Teatern. The purpose of these measures is to ensure that people with disabilities are able to carry out their work or complete their visit to the theatre on the same (or at least similar) terms as people who do not have a disability.
