The impact of diversity on the sustainable development of theatre
Your answers and views are very important for the success of the project. Answering the survey takes 5 to 10 minutes. By participating in the survey, you will be supporting a more diverse and sustainable theatre, and you will help us implement equality in all the pillars of the theatre: The Public, the Art and the Work Community.
The project explores, searches for and tries out ways to increase the share of people representing non-normative cultural capital in theatre audiences and staff. In this context, non-normative cultural capital refers to cultural capital that differs from the norms that have historically been associated with the operations of Svenska Teatern. Such norms include, among others, whiteness, middle-classness, speaking Swedish and Finnish, higher education background and heteronormativity.
